WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for All purchasesPickups are available Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up with details on location and times.

Free Shipping

We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders over $50.

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

If a package is returned to MISTER PICOSO due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, a subtotal refund will be initiated. Shipping cost will not be refunded. 

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days after credit card authorization and confirmation having been received. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Shipping can take up to 2 days after fulfillment, customers will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when tracking number shows delivered. You may open a claim with USPS, but we are not responsible once USPS scans the package delivered at the address the customer provided. You may file a Claim with USPS at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
